That’s Tuft Creative Co. – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to That’s Tuft Creative Co.! By booking a workshop, placing an order, or visiting our studio, you agree to the following simple terms that help us keep things creative, safe, and fair for everyone.

1. Bookings & Payments

​

All workshops and private events require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled workshop or event.

​

If the remaining balance is not paid by the 7-day deadline, the booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

​

Deposits are non-refundable, but bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

​

Cancellations within 48 hours of the event or no-shows will result in a forfeited payment.

​

Custom rugs and other handmade custom items are non-refundable once production begins.

2. Studio Conduct & Safety

​

We love creativity — but safety comes first.

Guests must follow all staff directions when using tufting tools, bling tools, or any studio equipment.

​

That’s Tuft Creative Co. is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless attending a designated youth class.

3. Photos & Media

We love showcasing our community!

​

By attending a workshop or event, you grant permission for your photo or video to be used on our social media, website, or marketing materials.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us before your session begins and we will respect your request.

4. Liability & Damages

​

That’s Tuft Creative Co. is not liable for:

Personal injury

Lost or damaged property

Any indirect or consequential damages

Participation in workshops, classes, and events is voluntary and at your own risk.

5. Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
