Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation & Studio Policy That’s Tuft Creative Co. Workshop Cancellation & Rescheduling All workshop bookings are final once confirmed. Because each tufting session is prepared in advance, including frame setup, materials, and design preparation, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedule requests. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows. As a courtesy, we may offer a one-time discounted rate for a future class at our discretion. By booking a workshop, guests agree to this policy. Rug Completion & Take-Home Policy Rugs are not guaranteed to be completed or taken home the same day. Guests are responsible for following instructions and working carefully during the workshop. Incomplete Rug Policy If you do not finish your rug during your scheduled session: You may schedule one return visit to complete it.
