Cancellation Policy
Workshop Cancellation & Studio Policy That’s Tuft Creative Co. Workshop Cancellation & Rescheduling All workshop bookings are final once confirmed. Because each tufting session is prepared in advance, including frame setup, materials, and design preparation, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedule requests. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows. As a courtesy, we may offer a one-time discounted rate for a future class at our discretion. By booking a workshop, guests agree to this policy. Rug Completion & Take-Home Policy Rugs are not guaranteed to be completed or taken home the same day. Tufting involves working with stretched fabric, and mistakes such as excessive holes or structural damage can make a rug unusable. If a rug becomes damaged during the session: The session will still be considered fulfilled. No refunds, remakes, or replacements will be provided. Guests are responsible for following instructions and working carefully during the workshop. Incomplete Rug Policy If you do not finish your rug during your scheduled session: You may schedule one return visit to complete it. The return visit must take place within 7 days of your original workshop. Return visits are based on studio availability and must be scheduled in advance. If the rug is not completed within that time: The rug may be finished or discarded at the studio’s discretion. Additional time may require a studio time fee. What to Bring & Wear Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and setup. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Hair must be tied back for safety while tufting. All materials are provided unless otherwise stated. Tuft & Sip / BYOB (When Applicable) Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly. Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and transportation after the event. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund. No glass containers or hard liquor are permitted. Beer, wine, or champagne only. Valid ID required. That’s Tuft Creative Co. does not sell, serve, or store alcoholic beverages on-site.
