Cancellation Policy
Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Due to limited seating and materials prepared in advance, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another guest with prior notice. One (1) reschedule may be accommodated with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their session time shortened or be required to reschedule at our discretion. Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds. What to Bring & Wear Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and setup. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Hair must be tied back for safety while tufting. All materials are provided unless otherwise stated. Tuft & Sip / BYOB (When Applicable) Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly. Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and transportation after the event. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund. No glass containers or hard liquor are permitted. Beer, wine, or champagne only. Valid ID required. That’s Tuft Creative Co. does not sell, serve, or store alcoholic beverages on-site. Studio Guidelines Guests must be respectful of tools, staff, and fellow participants. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse may be billed to the guest. Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for marketing purposes. By booking, you grant That’s Tuft Creative Co. permission to use your image unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the session. Liability By booking, you acknowledge that participation involves light physical activity and the use of powered tufting equipment. That’s Tuft Creative Co. is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during your session. Guests agree to follow all instructor guidance and safety procedures at all times. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies.
